SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take additional time to arrive. We are not able to ship to some PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 4–9 business days.

SHIPPING COST FREE standard shipping on all US orders.

TRACKING As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

MULTI-ITEM ORDERS To get your order to you as fast as possible, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each package.

PACKAGING Your order ships directly from our US fulfillment partner and may arrive in their packaging.

ADDRESS ACCURACY Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at estebanbc2019@gmail.com as soon as possible, before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early if you need your item by a specific date.
